A depth map image is a black and white image comprised of 256 shades of gray that our software uses to create three dimensional depth. The specialized stereogram software we use reads the light and dark information from the depth map image and uses this information to create a magical 3D image. Sometimes going back and forth helps relax your focus enough to bring it to the right point. Also try focusing past the image, then bringing the focus back to the image, then relaxing focus past the image again. Slowly move the image farther away while keeping your eyes focused on the same distant point. First, stand close to the image or hold the image close to your face and focus past the image.
